- ASSEMBLY NOTES: Should Be Installed by a Professional Mechanic:
✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and installing levelling kits requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
✔ Replacing the Polyurethane Spring Spacers – These polyurethane spacers must sit on top of your springs as shown in the image above. Loosen the spring and dismount it from the vehicle. Remove the stock rubber isolator and replace it with the polyurethane spacer. Install in the same position inside the spring. Ensure proper alignment before reassembly. Use the provided longer bolts where required and tighten all bolts and fasteners to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.
✔ Installing the Rear Sway Bar Brackets – Install the sway bar brackets between the frame and the sway bar mounting points. Ensure proper alignment to maintain stability and handling. Secure all hardware firmly and tighten to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.
✔ Made from high-strength polyurethane, these components outlast rubber alternatives and will not rust over time. Polyurethane parts may require periodic lubrication to maintain performance.
✔ Alignment Required – A professional wheel alignment is required after installation to ensure correct suspension geometry, proper tire wear, and safe handling.
