- ASSEMBLY NOTES: Should Be Installed by a Professional Mechanic:
✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and installing levelling kits requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
✔ Replacing the Polyurethane Coil Spring Spacers – Disassemble the spring assembly and remove it from the vehicle. Remove the factory rubber isolator along with the stock jounce bumper and cup. These spacers can be installed with or without the factory isolator. Using the stock isolator provides approximately 1.75" lift, while removing it results in approximately 1.12" lift. Position the spacer over the isolator (if used) with the lip facing downward and the flat side toward the back as shown in the listing images.
✔ Installing Jounce Bumper & Assembly – Remove the factory bump stops, apply light grease to the lip of the jounce bumper, and firmly press it into the retaining cup until it snaps securely into place. Reassemble the shock absorber or strut assembly carefully and ensure all components are properly seated. Tighten all bolts and fasteners to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.
✔ Made from high-strength polyurethane, these spacers outlast rubber alternatives and won't rust over time. Polyurethane parts may require periodic lubrication to maintain performance.
✔ Alignment Required – A professional wheel alignment is required after installation to ensure correct suspension geometry, proper tire wear, and safe handling.
