✔ 2x Front Lower Control Arm PU Bushings (with Aluminium Insert) – High-grade polyurethane for improved stability and longer life. Slight squeaking may occur due to stiffness, but it effectively reduces unwanted suspension movement and performs well in extreme conditions.


  • ASSEMBLY NOTES: Should Be Installed by a Professional Mechanic:
✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and removing bushings requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
✔ Replacing the Polyurethane Bushings – Begin by removing the old bushings and thoroughly cleaning the control arm and mounting points to remove rust, dirt, or debris. Apply a polyurethane-safe lubricant to ensure smooth installation and to minimize squeaks or binding. Press the new polyurethane bushings with aluminium inserts firmly into the front lower control arm on both the left and right sides, checking that they are fully seated and properly aligned. Polyurethane bushings may require periodic lubrication to maintain performance. Tighten all bolts and fasteners to the manufacturer’s torque specifications.
✔ Alignment Required – A professional wheel alignment is required after installation to ensure correct suspension geometry, proper tire wear, and safe handling.
