- ASSEMBLY NOTES: Should Be Installed by a Professional Mechanic:
✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and removing bushings or ball joints requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
✔ Replacing the Control Arms – Remove the old control arms carefully. Clean the mounting points thoroughly and install the new pre-fitted arms with correct alignment and torque.
✔ Installing the Bushings – Press out the worn bushings. Use a hydraulic press to install new hydra bushings. Ensure proper positioning to avoid suspension noise or instability.
✔ Replacing the Stabilizer Links – Unbolt the worn sway bar links from both ends. Install new links securely, ensuring proper fit to reduce body roll and maintain handling.
✔ Replacing the Tie Rods – Remove the old torque tie rod assemblies. Match and install the new rods on correct sides (left & right), and tighten all fasteners to spec.
✔ Replacing the Strut Mount Assembly – Carefully remove the old strut mount. Install the new strut mount assembly with proper orientation and torque. Ensure the spring is properly seated and all components are aligned to prevent noise and handling issues.
✔ Alignment Required – A professional wheel alignment is required after installation to ensure correct suspension geometry, proper tire wear, and safe handling.
